目的:探讨新劳动合同法实施后军队医院聘用护士的心理状况。方法:问卷法调查驻京军队某四家三甲综合医院432名聘用护士。结果:中专学历、工作年限大于6 a的聘用护士心理问题较多。结论:医院主管部门应重视聘用护士心理问题,加强引导支持,聘用护士自身应加强修养,提高素质,增强竞争力。
Objective: To explore the psychological conditions of employed nurses in military hospitals after the implementation of the new labor contract law. Methods: Questionnaire was used to investigate the employment of 432 nurses in one of the four top three general hospitals in Beijing. Results: There were more psychological problems in employing nurses with secondary education and working years greater than 6 years. Conclusion: The hospital departments should pay attention to the psychological problems of employing nurses, strengthen the guidance and support, employ nurses should strengthen their self-cultivation, improve their quality and enhance their competitiveness.
