幼儿园教师应关注儿童的心理需求和情感体验,开展积极有效的师幼互动。2014年下半年,浙江杭州市普通教育研究室举办了幼儿园原创儿童文学作品研修展评活动。西湖区遴选出9个作品,组织全区幼儿园教师开展研修活动。他们首先在教研员的引领下,依据儿童生活经验、年龄特点、发展需求对原创文学作品进行评析、修改。接着,各园据此设计活动,开展链接儿童
