石油职业院校停办学历教育后,面临着向企业培训中心转型的问题。教师转型能否成功是学校能否实现成功转型的关键。本文从思想观念、教师身份、核心能力、教学环境及学校作用等方面就教师转型的途径进行了初步探讨,旨在促进石油职业院校的教师转变思想观念,制定科学的转型规划,在学校的助推下,通过自身的努力,把自己打造成为一名合格的企业培训师,为学校向培训中心的顺利转型做出贡献,同时也为自己的第二次职业生涯写上浓重的一笔。
After the vocational schools of petroleum stopped their academic education, they are faced with the problem of transition to the enterprise training center. The success of teacher transformation is the key to the successful transformation of the school. In this paper, the ways of teachers’ transition are discussed from the aspects of ideology, teacher’s identity, core competence, teaching environment and school’s role. The purpose of this article is to promote teachers in petroleum vocational colleges to change their ideas and concepts, make scientific transition planning, With its own efforts, we have built ourselves into a qualified corporate trainer who contributes to the smooth transition of our school to a training center and a strong pen for our second career.
