偏头痛是一种周期性发作的血管性头痛,其病机祖国医学属于少阳经证,由各种因素引发少阳之气机枢转失衡,气滞血瘀,经脉闭阻“不通则痛”。现代医学也众说不一,大致有:原发性血管学说(包括三叉神经支配的颅内外血管因素)、体液生化学说、原发性神经原学说。这三种学说存在在密切的内在联系,阻断任一种学说的途径均可使偏头痛的发作得以缓解。近年来对本病的药物治疗作以下回顾。
