为了解种质对甘草生物学特性和主要有效成分含量的影响,研究3种甘草种质在甘肃民勤的种植适宜性及其生物学特性,并检测其甘草酸、甘草苷含量。结果表明,3种甘草中胀果甘草在株高、地上部分鲜重、口径粗度、尾径粗度、根径鲜重方面均为最高且其甘草酸含量最高;甘草的条形要好于另外2种甘草,甘草苷含量最高,且甘草的2种有效成分含量达标率最高。因此,在甘肃民勤,胀果甘草亩产量比较高,甘草酸含量较高但甘草苷含量较低,可用于种植提取甘草酸,甘草的甘草酸含量和甘草苷含量较高,符合药典标准,且条形较好,可用于传统饮片生产。
In order to understand the effect of germplasm on the biological characteristics of licorice and the content of main active ingredients, the suitability and biological characteristics of three kinds of Glycyrrhiza uralensis germplasm in Minqin of Gansu Province were studied, and the contents of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin were also tested. The results showed that among the three kinds of licorice, the content of glycyrrhizic acid was the highest in terms of plant height, fresh weight above ground, diameter of caliber, diameter of tail, diameter of fresh root and root of licorice; The contents of two kinds of licorice and licorice glycosides were the highest, and the content of two effective components of licorice reached the highest standard. Therefore, in Gansu Minqin, bulging licorice acres of higher yield, higher glycyrrhizic acid content but lower glycyrrhizin content, can be used for planting and extracting glycyrrhizic acid, licorice glycyrrhizic acid content and glycyrrhizin content is high, in line with Pharmacopoeia standards, And the bar is better, can be used for the production of traditional Pieces.
