明清以来,秦汉印被圭臬了数百年,于今已似见疲态。客观地说,秦汉印仍有着法式的必要,这不仅因为秦汉印开创并奠定了以方形印为基础的最佳文字组合形式,也因为其中深蕴着具有民族文化特色的金石气息。我们所要做的(也是许多前辈曾经做过的),我想仍然是如何能让这种传统印式“活变”起来,藉以抒发今天我们的胸臆。如何变?于文字?于章法?于刀法?或者三法缺一不可?试试,再试试罢。
