资金短缺是社会主义初级阶段扩大再生产的重要障碍,笔者通过学习马克思的《1863～1865年经济学手稿》,深感走非追加投资型扩大再生产的路子,是解决社会主义初级阶段扩大再生产与资金短缺矛盾的重要方法。
