多碱光电阴极的单色光电流实质上反映的是其在该单色光照射下的量子产额。该文阐述了单色光电流的测试原理和影响量子产额的因素,介绍了多碱光电阴极多信息量测试系统,该系统可在多碱光电阴极制备过程中在线测试、处理阴极的单色光电流,测得的曲线有助于分析和指导工艺,从中还可得到光电子逸出深度的信息。该文给出并分析了在该系统应用于玻璃阴极实验管制备过程中的测试结果。
The monochromatic photocurrent of a polybasic photocathode essentially reflects its quantum yield under the illumination of the monochromatic light. This paper describes the test principle of monochromatic photocurrent and the factors that affect the quantum yield. The multi-alkali photocathode multi-information testing system is introduced. The system can be tested online in the preparation process of multi-alkali photocathode to deal with the monochromatic Photocurrent, the measured curve helps to analyze and guide the process, from which you can get information on the depth of photoelectron escape. This paper presents and analyzes the test results of the system used in the preparation of glass cathode test tube.
