本文对144名颅颌功能紊乱症病人及111名正常人作了ICP与肌电关系的研究,结果表明,ICP侧向移位广泛存在于正常人和病人中,但病人髁突移位比例明显增高。正常人颞肌肌电与ICP移位存在一定的矢量关系,而病人该关系不存在,且病人的升颌肌ICP紧咬电位较正常人明显降低。作者认为病人ICP移位超出了肌代偿能力,ICP与肌功能不协调。进一步分析指出,紊乱可能是这种不协调的原因。
