作者报道了应用实时超声术中监护经膀胱镜置入钛镍记忆合金支架治疗前列腺增生所致的尿潴留。17例患者应用此方法取得成功。本文介绍了钛镍记忆合金支架放置前列腺部尿道内的声像图特点,术中超声监护方法及应用超声监护的优点。作者认为,实时超声监护经膀胱镜置入钛镍记忆合金支架简便准确,安全有效,近期疗效明显,无合并症,是否值得推广尚有待研究。
The authors report the use of real-time ultrasound in surveillance by cystoscope placement of titanium-nickel memory alloy stent treatment of urinary retention caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia. Seventeen patients achieved success using this method. This article describes the titanium-nickel memory alloy stent placed prostate urethral ultrasonography characteristics, intraoperative ultrasound monitoring methods and the advantages of ultrasonic monitoring. The author believes that the real-time ultrasound monitoring by cystoscopy into titanium-nickel memory alloy stent is simple and accurate, safe and effective, the recent obvious effect, no complications, is worth promoting need to be studied.
