目的为优化临床输血工作流程,提高管理水平,引入条形码技术应用于临床输血信息系统。方法配发血系统管理时,对手写输血申请单进行质量考评;临床输血信息系统使用后,输血申请、标本管理、血液管理等实现条形码管理。结果实施质量考评可提高手写输血申请单的合格率,但工作量大、难度高;电子申请不仅保证相关信息真实、完整性,而且条形码对标本和血液管理简单易行、可信度高。结论临床输血信息系统采用条形码技术,增加相关信息量,对提高临床输血管理、增加保证输血安全发挥重要作用,真正实现血液“从血站到血管”全过程管理。
Objective To optimize the clinical blood transfusion workflow and improve the management level, introduce the barcode technology into the clinical blood transfusion information system. Methods When blood system management is allocated, the handwriting transfusion application form is evaluated for quality; after transfusion information system is used, blood transfusion application, specimen management and blood management are implemented to realize barcode management. Results The implementation of quality evaluation can increase the pass rate of handwritten transfusion request form, but the workload is heavy and difficult. The electronic application not only ensures the authenticity and completeness of the relevant information, but also makes the bar code simple and feasible for specimen and blood management with high credibility. Conclusion The clinical transfusion information system uses bar code technology to increase the amount of relevant information, which plays an important role in improving the clinical management of blood transfusion and increasing the safety of blood transfusion and realizes the whole blood management from blood to blood vessel.
