研究了水电厂的检修体制模式及策略,提出了传统检修管理模式的不足,论述了监理制在项目管理中的优势。在丰满水电厂检修体制改革——检修与维护单位分开——后,对于丰满水电厂3号机组大修项目,率先引入监理制,使得该项目的进度、质量、投资、安全得到了控制,提高了检修效率,取得了一定的经济效益。
The maintenance system mode and strategy of hydropower plant are studied. The deficiency of traditional maintenance management mode is pointed out. The advantages of supervision system in project management are discussed. After the maintenance system reform of Fengman Hydropower Plant - the maintenance and maintenance unit was separated - the first supervision system was introduced for the overhaul project of No.3 Unit of Fengman Hydropower Plant, which made the progress, quality, investment and safety of the project under control and improved Maintenance efficiency, and achieved some economic benefits.
