中枢作用性抗高血压药利血平与吸入麻醉药或琥珀胆硷有药物相互作用。作者报告一例长期服用利血平治疗高血压的病人,在应用埃芬太尼麻醉时以及术后出现室性心律失常。此例女性、48岁、60kg,入院实施左眼泪囊鼻腔吻合术。病人患高血压20年目前每天服用利血平0.25mg,并用抗生素治疗慢性膀胱炎。有吸烟史每天20支左右,但无呼吸道症状。过去史只对可待因“过敏”,用药后
The central active antihypertensive reserpine interacts with inhaled anesthetics or succinylcholine. The authors report a case of long-term use of reserpine for the treatment of hypertension in patients with and without epineptin anesthesia and postoperative arrhythmia. This case of female, 48 years old, 60kg, admission left dacryocystorhinostomy. Patients suffering from hypertension for 20 years now taking reserpine 0.25mg daily, and antibiotic treatment of chronic cystitis. A history of smoking about 20 a day, but no respiratory symptoms.
