以阳极氧化法和化学浴沉积法制备了WO3-Ti O_2改性Ti O_2纳米管光催化剂,并对制备的样品进行XRD、SEM、EDS和UV-Vis-DRS表征。结果表明:Ti O_2以锐钛矿型存在、WO3-Ti O_2改性Ti O_2纳米管中W/Ti/O原子比约为1∶33∶66、Ti O_2纳米管排列整齐、开口度高、表面有WO3-Ti O_2颗粒;WO3-Ti O_2的沉积有助于扩展Ti O_2纳米管的光响应范围。以2 m L的Ti、W前驱体溶液制备出的WO3-Ti O_2改性Ti O_2纳米管具有最高的光电流密度(1.42 m A·cm-2),表现出了对甲基橙最高的可见光催化降解活性。
WO 3 -TiO 2 modified TiO 2 nanotube photocatalyst was prepared by anodic oxidation and chemical bath deposition. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS and UV-Vis-DRS.
