食品监管是一个从农田到餐桌的系统过程,其不仅需要食品监管部门的引导和控制,更需要社会公众的参与。当前食品安全监管往往过于注重食品安全问题成因、食品安全控制管理等方面,缺乏消费者层面的食品风险认知,因此从社会公众视角出发,构建我国公众参与的食品安全监管体系的相关研究具有积极的意义和社会价值。食品安全监管中的公众参与现状食品安全是关系社会民生的重大问题,需要整个社会的参与,但从目前的现状来看,社会公众参与度有限。
