自进入到二十一世纪以后,不仅经济全球化发展进程在不断的加快、科学技术的发展速度不断提升、国际间各行业的竞争趋势不断的激烈、国家间各个国家和地区的交流也愈发的频繁,从而产生了“地球村”这一概念。“地球村”的出现,使得世界各国各地区人民的跨文化交流和交际频率也在随之不断的提升,这就在一定程度上对人们跨文化交流能力也提出了更多的要求。这也为我国航海运输行业中船员的应用英语进行交际的能力的要求也不断提高。因此,本文以航海运输行业为立足点,通过对航海船员进行英语教育现状的分析,从而就做好航海人员英语教育的有效策略进行研究。
