以杜仲幼茎为外植体诱导愈伤组织。在诱导及增殖培养基中添加不同浓度的Zn2+,研究Zn2+对杜仲外植体诱导及增殖的影响。结果表明:在诱导培养基中添加25μmol/L的Zn2+时,有利于杜仲愈伤组织形成,诱导率最高。增殖培养基中Zn2+浓度为20μmol/L时,相对生长量最大。但是,Zn2+浓度过高,不利于杜仲外植体诱导及增殖。
Eucommia young stems as explants to induce callus. The effects of Zn2 + on the induction and proliferation of explants of Eucommia ulmoides were studied by adding different concentrations of Zn2 + in the induction and proliferation medium. The results showed that the addition of 25μmol / L Zn2 + to the induction medium was beneficial to the callus formation of Eucommia ulmoides and the highest induction rate. When the concentration of Zn2 + in proliferation medium was 20μmol / L, the relative growth was the largest. However, Zn2 + concentration is too high, is not conducive to the induction and proliferation of Eucommia explants.
