本文以9个玉米自交系,用完全双列杂交组配了36个组合进行试验,按Griffiny的方法4模式1估算了这些自交系及其组合9个数量性状的一般配合力效应和特殊配合力效应,7个性状的遗传力,并对结果进行了分析。方差分析表明:9个性状一般配合力均方和特殊配合力均方都达到极显著水平。各性状的配合力效应不同,同一性状不同自交系差异很大,同一自交系各种数量性状配合力效应各异,用配合力的总效应的大小衡量一个杂交组合的优劣。在本试验中,7个数量性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力差别很大,狭义遗传力由大到小的趋势为:抽丝日数、穗重、穗粒高、行粒数、株高、单株粒重、穗长。
In this study, nine maize inbred lines were used in a complete diallel cross combination with 36 combinations. The general combining ability and special combining effects of nine quantitative traits in these inbred lines and their combinations were evaluated according to Griffiny’s method 4, Combining ability effect, heritability of seven traits, and the result was analyzed. Analysis of variance showed that the mean square combining ability and the special combining ability of the 9 traits reached extremely significant level. The effects of combining ability of different traits were different. The inbred lines with different traits of the same trait had very different effects. The combining ability effects of different quantitative traits in the same inbred line were different. The total effect of combining ability was used to measure the pros and cons of a hybrid combination. In this experiment, the general heritability and narrow heritability of seven quantitative traits varied greatly. The trend of narrow heritability descending was: the number of spinning days, the spike weight, the spike height, the grain number per line, the plant height, Grain weight per plant, spike length.
