文章以《马桥词典》及其英译本为例,借助平行语料库探究湖南方言词汇这一本源概念的翻译模式。统计发现,该文本呈现意译>直译(含直译加注)>音译>省略>换译的分布,得出结论:寻根小说翻译模式不完全符合何元建教授所提的“意译>直译>换译>省略”的分布;恰当使用音译策略利于保留原文浓郁的地方文化特色,更好地传播文化。
Taking “Maqiao Dictionary” and its English version as examples, the article uses parallel corpora to explore the translation pattern of the original concept of Hunan dialect vocabulary. According to the statistics, it is found that the translation pattern of Xun Gen novels meets the requirements of Professor He Yuanjian ’s literal translation> literal translation> literal translation (including literal translation and annotation)> transliteration> omitted> distribution of translation. Translation> ellipsis "distribution; proper use of transliteration strategies will help retain the rich local cultural features of the original text, and better dissemination of culture.
