在中国企业走向国际化的道路上,有几层关卡。其中,最外层是经营政策环境,它是由母国和东道国政府设定,和国际政治经济形势有关,这是外部因素,企业无法改变。再往里,是由东道国的同行建立的市场环境,也属于外部因素。但中国企业仍有机会找到自己的生存空间,受到东道国市场的欢迎。最里边的是企业竞争力,是自身因素,在对方给予的空间里,能做多少,能做多好,全在于企业的国际化经营能力的大小和发展的潜力。
There are several levels of Chinese enterprises going international. Among them, the outermost is the operating policy environment, which is set by the home country and the host government and is related to the international political and economic situation. This is an external factor and the enterprise can not be changed. Further inwards, the market environment established by the host country’s counterparts is also an external factor. However, Chinese enterprises still have the opportunity to find their own living space, welcomed by the host market. Inside is the competitiveness of enterprises, is their own factors, given in the other side of the space, how much can be done, can do well, all lies in the size of the company’s international business capabilities and development potential.
