据说有一位报刊的编辑同志,用他力所能及的“编权”,以廉价的版面、篇幅,换取在几家报刊上,分别以不同的笔名发他的随笔、杂谈之类“佳作”。因其原材料往往来自经他检验过的“废品”之中,故曰:“废物利用”。对于绝大多数日夜辛勤“耕耘”的编辑同志,他们那种甘为“铺路石子”、“为人作嫁”的精神,作者是深知不忘的,读者也是心存敬慕的。而对于上面所说的那位编辑同志,人们不禁要问,真的是“废物利用”吗?何不尽其职责,花点功夫,动点笔墨,力求减少“废品”,做到物尽其用,岂不更美?!
