【目的】研究苗龄、光照强度和施氮量对抗虫水稻品种的可溶性糖、氨基酸含量及褐飞虱抗性的影响,为抗褐飞虱的水稻品种选育及防治工作提供科学依据。【方法】开展玻璃网室试验,采用均匀设计法,以苗龄、光照强度和施氮量为试验因子,鉴定不同水稻品种对褐飞虱生物型II和孟加拉型的抗性,测定稻株可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸含量。【结果】受苗龄、光照强度和施氮量的影响,不同水稻品种对褐飞虱2种生物型的抗性减弱甚至丧失,乃至植株死亡。苗龄、光照强度和施氮量的单独作用或交互作用显著影响IR56对褐飞虱生物型II的抗性及570011对2种生物型的抗性,苗龄和施氮量的单独作用及两者间交互作用显著影响RP1976-18-6-4-2对褐飞虱两种生物型的抗性及RHT和Ptb33对褐飞虱孟加拉型的抗性,光照强度和施氮量显著影响RHT对褐飞虱生物型II的抗性,施氮量显著影响Ptb33对褐飞虱生物型II的抗性。苗龄、光照强度和施氮量的单独作用或交互作用显著影响RHT可溶性糖含量变化、RP1976-18-6-4-2和570011游离氨基酸含量变化及IR56和Ptb33营养物质变化,光照强度显著影响RP1976-18-6-4-2可溶性糖含量变化,施氮量显著影响RHT游离氨基酸含量变化。稻茎中游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量与IR56、570011抗褐飞虱两种生物型及RP1976-18-6-4-2抗褐飞虱孟加拉型密切相关,而游离氨基酸含量与RHT、Ptb33抗两种生物型及RP1976-18-6-4-2抗褐飞虱生物型II密切相关。【结论】苗龄、光照强度和施氮量对水稻品种抗褐飞虱不同生物型及其可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量的影响明显,但褐飞虱生物型不同、处理的水平不同、品种不同,其影响程度有差异。当苗龄偏弱、光照强度低、过度施氮时,会导致水稻生长不良,水稻抗虫性减弱甚至丧失,乃至稻株死亡。

The single effect or interaction of seedling age, light intensity and nitrogen application rate significantly affected the resistance of IR56 to the biotype II of BPH and the separate effects of 570011 on the two biotypes, seedling age and nitrogen application rate, Interaction significantly affected RP1976-18-6-4-2 resistance to BPH biotypes and RHT and Ptb33 resistance to BPH by Bengal type, light intensity and nitrogen application rate significantly affected RHT resistance to BPH biotype II The nitrogen and nitrogen application rates significantly affected the resistance of Ptb33 to BPH biotype II. The effects of seedling age, light intensity and nitrogen application rate on the soluble sugar content of RHT significantly affected the contents of free amino acids (RP1976-18-6-4-2 and 570011), the changes of nutrient elements (IR56 and Ptb33), and the light intensity significantly affected The content of soluble sugar in RP1976-18-6-4-2 had a significant effect on the contents of free amino acids in RHT. The contents of free amino acids and soluble sugars in rice stems were closely related to the two biotypes of IR56 and 570011 and the Bengal type of RP1976-18-6-4-2 against BPH, while the contents of free amino acids and two biotypes of RHT and Ptb33 RP1976-18-6-4-2 is closely related to BPH biotype II. 【Conclusion】 The effects of seedling age, light intensity and nitrogen application rate on rice varieties resistant to BPH and their soluble sugar and free amino acid content are obvious. However, the biotypes of BPH are different and the levels of treatment are different. difference. When the seedling age is weak, the light intensity is low, excessive nitrogen fertilization will result in poor rice growth, weakened or even lost rice pest resistance, and even the death of rice plants.
