现阶段幼儿园教育思想中要求教师反思已经不是什么新鲜的话题了。教育反思是教师基于日常的教育教学实践所进行的思考和评判。教育反思不仅仅被视为一种批判性思维活动,还进一步强调教育反思的文本化。也就是说,教育反思可视为一种写作的文体,它把教师对自己的教学工作的思考和评判活动记录下来,成为教师成长发展的忠实记录和反映,也成为促进教师成长的一种科研范式,具有其独特价值。
It is no longer a fresh topic to ask teachers to reflect on the kindergarten education thought at this stage.
