目的 探讨优质护理服务在消毒供应室工作中的应用效果。方法 于2012年9月-2015年2月在我院消毒供应室中采取优质的护理服务，对比分析采取优质护理前后临床科室对消毒供应室的满意程度。结果 通过对比分析采取优质护理前后临床科室对消毒供应室的满意程度，结果显示，在我院消毒供应室采取优质护理服务之前，各个科室对消毒供应室的工作质量的满意程度为83.3%，明显低于我院消毒供应室采取优质护理服务之后的98.5%的满意度，比较差异具有统计学意义（x2=9.167，P＜0.05）。结论 在我院的消毒供应室中全面的展开优质护理服务之后，提高了护理质量，获得了各个临床科室的广泛的认可，提高了临床科室的护理满意度，对消毒供应室的工作具有极大的鼓舞，在医院消毒供应室中优质护理服务具有重要的价值，应该得到大力的推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing service in the work of disinfection supply room. Methods From September 2012 to February 2015, we took good nursing service in the disinfectant supply room of our hospital, and compared the satisfaction degree of the clinical departments to the disinfection supply room before and after taking quality care. Results The satisfaction degree of the clinical departments to the disinfection supply room before and after the quality nursing was compared and analyzed. The results showed that before the quality nursing service was taken in the disinfection supply room in our hospital, the satisfaction of each department to the quality of the disinfection supply room was 83.3% Which was lower than 98.5% satisfaction after taking high-quality nursing service in our hospital disinfection supply room. The difference was statistically significant (x2 = 9.167, P <0.05). Conclusions The quality of nursing care has been improved after extensive quality nursing service in our hospital's sterile supply room. It has been widely recognized by all clinical departments and improved the nursing satisfaction of clinical departments. It has a great effect on the work of disinfection and supply rooms Inspired by the quality of care services in the hospital disinfection supply room has an important value and should be vigorously promoted.
