几十年后麻烦仍然不断事过境迁多年,翻出来再旧账重算,赶着谁谁都要着急,然而对目前的工伤认定来说,这样的情形则很常见。天津市张某,1974年在文革期间被单位错误关押3个多月,放出时精神失常。经不断上访,1980年6月25日单位落实政策,对张某按工伤处理,让其享受工伤待遇,诊疗费、药费、住院费等按工伤待遇由企业全部报销。2001年5月,单位为张某办理了退休,并提出今后张某的药费等企业不再负担。张某对医疗待遇不满,向劳动保障行政部门申请工伤认定和伤残鉴定,以继续享受医疗方面的工伤待遇。
