氢是产生焊接裂纹的主要原因之一。本文对六个厂家生产的结507焊条,在八个多月的时间里,作了九百多块测氢试件。并进行了焊条药皮含水量测定与药皮差热分析,结合国内外有关料,针对几个主要问题进行了研究。希望有助于焊接结构制造和安装部门估量和控制焊缝金属的扩散氢含量,并对焊条厂改进焊条性能有所俾益。
Hydrogen is one of the main causes of weld cracking. In this paper, the six manufacturers of knot 507 electrode, in more than eight months time, made more than 900 test pieces of hydrogen. The determination of the water content of the electrode coating and the differential thermal analysis of the coating were carried out. According to the relevant materials at home and abroad, several major problems were studied. It is hoped that this will help the welding structure manufacturing and installation division to measure and control the diffusible hydrogen content of the weld metal and to benefit the electrode plant in improving electrode performance.
