研究了不同浓度月桂氮酮对膜-贮库控释型硝酸甘油透过鼠皮的影响；结果表明2％，3％，5％月桂氨酮对于硝酸甘油释放均有明显促进作用，2％为最佳用量；硝酸甘油累积释放量与时间呈良好线性关系，符合零级动力学过程。
The effects of different concentrations of Azone on the release of membrane-depot controlled release nitroglycerin were studied. The results showed that 2%, 3% and 5% laurin could obviously promote the release of nitroglycerin, and 2% The best dosage; the cumulative release of nitroglycerin showed a good linear relationship with time, in line with the zero-order kinetic process.
