企业教育是什么?企业教育不只是企业培训,那仅是企业教育的一种手段,更何况还存在种种误读。企业教育不只是倡导企业的全员学习、终身学习,那在于个人的觉悟,你总不能“牛不喝水强按头”。企业教育也不等同于建立学习型组织,那是企业教育过程中一种成功的组织模式,并非企业教育的全部。那么,企业教育究竟是什么呢?首先,企业教育是企业的战略规划,是企业自我发展过程中一种制度的选择,把教育作为企业提升整体素质的重要手段,并使之系统化、制度化。那么,企业要做强做大,要成为百年老店就不再是一时一事、一招一式地去效仿人家,而是有了制度的保证,有了长远的规划,有了牢固的根基。企业教育应该是21世纪中国企业发展的一部“宪法”。改革开放给企业的成功提供了更多的机会。然而,更多的机会往往带来更大的困惑,对于发展中的企业来说,每天都处在都在十字路口,看着有人勃勃崛起,有人恹恹倒下,面对企业教育这一战略决策,我们的企业该向左走还是向右走?
What is business education? Business education is not just business training, it is only a means of business education, let alone there are all kinds of misunderstandings.
