冯华教授主动致信本刊,就其学生邓聪颖重复发表论文一事,向本刊及读者致歉。我刊决定撤消本刊2007年29卷22期第2116 -2119页发表的《高压氧及低压缺氧预适应对家兔实验性大脑中动脉闭塞后梗塞灶体积的影响》一文。在此,对该文第一作者邓聪颖一稿两投、重复发表论文的学术违规行为表示谴责,并对冯华教授发现问题后,不偏袒学生、勇于承担责任的行为表示赞赏。本刊虽有严格的查重程序,但仍无法发现同时或间隔时间太短的重复发表行为。希望作者们以此为戒,自觉自律,做一名学术作风严谨的科研工作者,以免给自己和期刊造成损害。
Professor Feng Hua volunteered to write a letter to his student Deng Congying repeatedly published a paper to apologize to our readers and readers. I decided to cancel the article published in 2007, Volume 29, Vol. 22, No. 2116 -2119, published “hyperbaric oxygen and hypobaric hypoxia preconditioning rabbit experimental middle cerebral artery occlusion volume of infarction,” one article. Here, I condemned the two authors for their first author, Deng Congying, for repeating the academic irregularities of the published articles and expressed my appreciation for Professor Feng Hua’s finding of problems without partiality to students and courage in assuming responsibility. Despite strict checking procedures, we can not find duplicate publications that are too short or too short at the same time. Hope that the authors take this as a warning, self-discipline, be a rigorous academic style of scientific research workers, so as not to damage themselves and journals.
