By combining the theory and practice, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the design demonstration, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching effects of the national traditional physical education curriculum for PE major in Jishou University so as to cultivate the advanced Specialized personnel and the development of national traditional sports provide a reference.
