我国在建国之初就初步创立了工程造价管理体系。伴随着改革开放不断深入,我国的工程项目建设无论从技术上还是管理上都发生了翻天覆地的变化。工程造价管理能够合理确定造价成本和控制施工过程的工程造价,在国民经济中发挥了重要的作用。本文分析了我国目前工程造价管理中存在的问题并提出一些改进措施。
At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, we initially established a project cost management system. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China’s engineering project construction has undergone enormous changes both in technology and management. The project cost management can reasonably determine the cost of construction and control the construction cost of the construction process, playing an important role in the national economy. This article analyzes the problems existing in China’s current project cost management and puts forward some improvement measures.
