检测浆膜腔积液抗PPD－IgG诊断结核性浆膜炎

采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测浆膜腔积液中的抗ＰＰＤ－ＩｇＧ，结果表明，该试验诊断结核性浆膜炎的敏感性为９５．５％，特异性为９８．２％，预测值有效性为９７．８％，是诊断结核性浆膜炎简单而快速的辅助方法。

The anti-PPD-IgG in serosal effusion was detected by ELISA. The results showed that the sensitivity of this test for diagnosis of tubercular serositis was 95.5%, the specificity was 98.2% and the predictive value was 97 .8%, is a simple and rapid method of diagnosis of tuberculous serositis.
