以环氧丙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚和甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI-100) 为原材料合成了聚氨酯预聚体, 再与防污剂DCOIT、扩链剂MOCA反应制备了防污型聚氨酯透声胶, 并讨论了硫化温度对透声胶防污性能、力学性能、声学性能、粘合性能和耐水性能的影响.结果表明, 随着硫化温度的升高, 透声胶防污性能不断降低;300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度逐渐增大, 而拉断伸长率逐渐降低;温度超过100℃后, 撕裂强度下降.硫化温度变化对声学性能影响不大.随着硫化温度升高, 透声胶片与基材之间的剥离强度、耐水性能也逐渐提高.“,”Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by using tetrahydrofuran-propylene oxide copolyether and 2, 4-tolylene diisocyanate (TDI-100) as raw materials, the antifouling polyurethane sound transmission materials were prepared by using polyurethane prepolymer, antifouling agent DCOIT and chain extender MOCA, the effects of curing temperature on antifouling properties, mechanical properties, acoustic properties, adhesive properties and water resistance of the sound transmission materials were discussed.The results showed that the antifouling property of polyurethane sound transmitting materials gradually decreased with the rise of curing temperature, the modulus at 300%, tensile strength and tear strength gradually increased, the elongation at break gradually decreased.The tear strength decreased when the temperature exceeded 100℃.The change of curing temperature has little effect on the acoustic properties.The adhesive properties and water resistance gradually increased with the rise of curing temperature.
