用32只10月龄小鼠,每月杀2只测量大脑皮质毛细血管密度和基膜厚度,连续16个月实测值对月龄(Y)作散点图,见点沿三次函数曲线走势分布,便拟合了相应三次多项经验方程。由这些方程算出的7月龄值与有关资料成年(5~10月龄)平均值吻合,进而发现上述量均与Y-15的3次方高度正相关(r>0.963),随导出回归方程。另外,经计算,毛细血管基膜厚度平均月增长5.12%,20月龄后平均月增长10.71%。毛细血管密度平均月增长3.03%,20月龄后平均月增长7.06%。说明上述量在衰老中期远比前期增长速度快,而后期待查。
Using 32 10-month-old mice, two mice were killed every month to measure cerebral capillary capillary density and basement membrane thickness. The measured data of 16 months were plotted as a scatter plot of month age (Y) , Then fit the corresponding three times a number of empirical equations. The 7-month values calculated from these equations are in good agreement with the average values of adults (5 to 10 months old) of the data and found that the above quantities are highly correlated with the third power of Y-15 (r> 0.963) Regression equation. In addition, after calculation, the capillary basement membrane thickness average monthly increase of 5.12%, 20 months after the average monthly increase of 10.71%. The average monthly increase in capillary density was 3.03%, with an average monthly increase of 7.06% after 20 months of age. This shows that the amount of medium-term growth in the mid-senescence than the previous growth rate, and later look forward to check.
