镁离子在临床医学、营养、生理中的作用受到越来越多的重视。镁离子、钙离子与多种成分、大分子及生物膜结合的特征已经被揭示。镁可以影响细胞的许多功能 ,包括钾离子和钙离子的转运 ;信号转导的调控 ;能量代谢及细胞增生。补充镁可能对多种疾病都有益。因此 ,改进测定不同状态的镁的技术 ,包括血液中的含量及胞浆中的游离镁含量 ,对于我们认识镁在健康与疾病中的作用非常重要
Magnesium ions in clinical medicine, nutrition, physiology in the role of more and more attention. The characteristics of magnesium ions, calcium ions binding to various components, macromolecules and biofilms have been revealed. Magnesium can affect many cell functions, including the transport of potassium and calcium ions; regulation of signal transduction; energy metabolism and cell proliferation. Supplemental magnesium may be beneficial for a variety of diseases. Therefore, improving techniques for determining different states of magnesium, including blood levels and free magnesium content in the cytoplasm, is important for understanding the role of magnesium in health and disease
