随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,国家对公路部门的发展高度重视,公路部门在国家经济中占据重要位置,公路部门又快又好地健康发展离不开思想政治工作的开展。公路的思想政治工作影响公路部门的日常管理和长久发展,良好有效的思想政治工作是公路部门快速发展的保障。本文首先介绍了公路部门思想政治工作中存在的主要问题,并针对以上的问题提出了思想政治工作的创新方法。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the state attaches great importance to the development of the highway sector. The highway sector occupies an important position in the national economy. The rapid and sound development of the highway sector can not be achieved without the development of ideological and political work. The ideological and political work of the highway affects the day-to-day management and long-term development of the highway department. Good and effective ideological and political work is the guarantee for the rapid development of the highway department. This paper first introduces the main problems existing in the ideological and political work of highway departments and puts forward the innovative methods of ideological and political work in light of the above problems.
