上海沪东造船厂近年来,积极应用现代化技术管理档案,取得了可喜的成果。从基础工作做起,1984年下半年起,该厂先后制订了柴油机、船舶产品图样和技术文件的编号标准,统一以十进分类编号法取代了传统的隶属编号法,为实现产品图样和技术文件信息管理电算化创造了良好条件。同时,档案部门也积极着手编制各项管理标准,已颁发实施的有图线及图幅工厂标准,正在着手编制的有产品、科研、基建、设备科技文件材料归档内容标准,缩微制品质量检验标准,缩微制品保管、复制及提供利用的规定等,并把档案管理标准的编制列入工厂标准化工作规划加以实施。
