国家资助学生的目的是通过解决贫困学生经济上的困难,使其安心于学习,促使他们顺利完成学业。国家自展开贫困学生资助工作以来,在使广大贫困学生获得帮助的同时,也衍生了评测体系漏洞多、助学金使用不合理、贫困学生依赖救助、诚信缺失等问题。要解决这些问题需要进一步分析各职业院校以及学生的实际情况,真正了解高职院校学生的特点,剖析资助过程中的弊端,从而将贫困生资助工作做得更扎实有效。
The purpose of state-funded students is to relieve the financial difficulties of impoverished students and make them feel at ease in their studies so that they can finish their studies successfully. Since the start of the work of providing financial aid to poor students, the state has helped the poor students to get help. At the same time, the state has also brought many problems such as loopholes in the evaluation system, unreasonable use of scholarships, dependence on poor students and lack of honesty and credit. To solve these problems, we need to further analyze the actual conditions of vocational colleges and students, to truly understand the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, to analyze the shortcomings in the funding process, and to help the poor students to do more solid and effective funding work.
