微量种痘法虽有文献报告,但在实际工作中运用者尚少。为了解此法的实际应用效果,本站对微量种痘法进行了接种效果的观察。今将结果报告如下: 一、方法: 1.观察方法:被接种者年龄为二个月到五十五岁;男女之比约为1:1.5;初种者仅占5％。在受观察者左臂用微量接种法种痘一颗,同时于右臂用一般划痕法种痘一棵,于接种后第三天及第十天检查反应,反应检查标准按照预防接种手册(卫生部卫生防疫司,生物制品委员会编,人民卫生出版社,北京,20页)的规定标准。
