在世界各地隆重庆贺2000年到来之后,迎来的第一个国际性节日就是国际“三八”妇女节。在这特殊的日子里,回顾党和政府长期以来为我国妇女事业的发展作出的巨大努力,具有积极的现实意义。 在中华民族四千多年的文明史上,中华人民共和国的历史是最辉煌的篇章。其中妇女事业的发展是我国任何历史时期都无法比拟的。在封建社会里,妇女“未嫁从父,既嫁从夫,夫死从子”,没有独立的人格,更谈不上社会地位。新中国成立后,中国妇女摆脱了封建枷锁的束缚,走出家门,投入社会主义建设的热潮。
After celebrating the grand opening of the year 2000 in various parts of the world, the first international festival ushered in is the “March 8” International Women’s Day. In this special day, it is of positive and realistic significance to review the tremendous efforts made by the party and the government for the development of the women’s cause in our country. In the civilized history of more than four thousand years of the Chinese nation, the history of the People’s Republic of China is the most brilliant chapter. Among them, the development of the women’s cause is unmatched by any historical period in our country. In the feudal society, women “did not marry their own father, both married husband, husband and child”, there is no independent personality, let alone the social status. After the founding of new China, the Chinese women got rid of the shackles of the feudal shackles, went out of their houses and put themselves in a craze for the socialist construction.
