在对采煤机镐形截齿的工作特点及常见失效形式进行充分研究基础上,对截齿的受力特点进行了分析,并由此建立了截齿的有限元模型,通过合理的模型简化和载荷施加,实现了对其截割工况的模拟。通过对截齿各部分的应力和位移研究发现,截齿合金头顶端存在应力集中现象,应通过加强截齿的自旋能力来提高合金头寿命;而齿体在出现一定程度磨损后,容易在齿头的安装孔壁发生强度破坏,应通过热处理等手段加强齿体接触面的耐磨性。
Based on the sufficient study of working characteristics and common failure modes of pick sheller picks, the force characteristics of picks were analyzed and the finite element model of picks was established. Through the study of the stress and displacement of each part of the pick, it is found that there is stress concentration at the tip of the pick. The spin life of the pick should be increased to improve the life of the alloy. When the tooth is worn to a certain extent, The intensity of damage to the mounting hole wall of the toothed head should be enhanced by heat treatment and other means to improve the wear resistance of the contact surface of the tooth body.
