9月11日《第一财经日报》报道,随着9月5日《国务院关于加强土地调控有关问题的通知》(下称“31号文件”)的出台,以2004年《国务院关于深化改革严格土地管理的决定》为开端的新土地管理体制和机制,已于近日基本构建完成。中国土地调控新政正式出台,土地“闸门”将进一步收紧。受此影响,中国土地价格预计将提高近50%。
