目的了解天津市医疗机构血液透析室环境卫生学情况和消毒质量,加强血液透析过程医院感染管理。方法通过现场采样和细菌检验技术,对天津市部分医疗机构血液透析室进行现场采样和检测评价。结果天津市医疗机构血液透析室物体表面和室内空气卫生质量合格率分别为90.24%和78.05%,医务人员手消毒合格率为82.93%,透析用水卫生质量全部合格。结论天津市医疗机构血液透析室环境卫生质量整体较好,室内空气和医务人员手卫生有待进一步加强管理。
Objective To understand the situation of sanitation and disinfection quality of hemodialysis room in medical institutions in Tianjin and strengthen the management of nosocomial infection during hemodialysis. Methods By means of field sampling and bacteriological test, the hemodialysis rooms in some medical institutions in Tianjin were sampled and tested on site. Results The qualified rate of the hygiene quality of the surface of the hemodialysis room and the indoor air of the medical institutions in Tianjin were 90.24% and 78.05% respectively. The qualified rate of hand disinfection of the medical staff was 82.93%. The quality of dialysis water hygienic quality was all qualified. Conclusion The overall quality of environmental health in hemodialysis rooms in Tianjin medical institutions is good, and indoor air and hand hygiene of medical staff need to be further strengthened.
