一、前言镍基合金作为在特强腐蚀介质中的耐蚀材料,在许多工业部门中,特别是在化学工业中,得到了广泛的应用。而在仪表制造中的应用也与日俱增,用于制造特别耐腐蚀的各种精密弹性元件如膜片膜盒、波纹管、弹簧管,各类簧片、螺簧以及各种结构元件等等。随着生产过程高度自动化,要求迅速提高仪器仪表的耐腐蚀性能。不言而喻,提高仪表材料的耐腐蚀性能,使之适应于不同介质的要求,乃是耐腐蚀仪表的最基本的物质条件。目前在仪表弹性元件制造中应用的镍基合金主要是Ni-Mo和Ni-Cr-Mo两种合金。典型
