In areas of high incidence of primary liver cancer in China, animal liver cancer is not uncommon, and local duck liver lesions are also common and serious. Baise area is not a high-risk area for liver cancer. According to a retrospective survey of liver cancer deaths from 1971 to 1973, the annual mortality rate was 16/100,000. In 1978, 33,185 people were surveyed in Tiandong County in our hospital. The incidence of liver cancer was 31.3 per 100,000. It does not seem to be low.
