如何不断提升文明煤矿的创建水平,在高起点的基础上与时俱进,开拓创新,永葆文明煤矿创建工作的生机与活力,是新形势下煤炭企业面临的新课题。山东兖矿集团兴隆庄煤矿,按照原煤炭部党组关于文明煤矿“十二好”的目标要求,结合矿井实际,高标准、严要求,从1999年初开始,创造性地以创建“六优”(优等质量、优质服务、优化管理、优良秩序、优美环境、优秀队伍)高标准文明煤矿为新的载体,积极打造文明煤矿的崭新形象。经过四年多的探索与实践,取得了显著的成效,创造了鲜活的经验,走出了一条独具特色的创建高标准文明煤矿的新路子。2003年11月《创建“六优”高标准文明煤矿的探索与实践》作为中煤政研会重点立项研究课题通过了专家组的评审鉴定,2004年元月中煤政研会专门下发文件,在全国煤炭系统推广了兴隆庄煤矿的成功经验。
