皮肤磨削术又称擦皮术,是目前整形美容外科常见的一种手术方法。覆盖人体表面的皮肤自外向里分为表皮和真皮,真皮又分浅层(乳头层)和深层(网状层)。真皮的浅层以外受损伤,可通过上皮的再生而自然愈合,愈后不留瘢痕。皮肤磨削术就是基于这一原理,利用快速旋转的砂轮、钢轮甚或钢丝刷等磨擦皮肤表面,以达到去除皮肤浅表的病变,让新生的健康上皮覆盖病变区,从而改善局部外观的目的。
