在电力企业生产过程的诸多消耗中,物质资料的消耗占相当大的比重,一般在60%-70%左右,并且随着劳动生产率的提高,此比重还将进一步增大。因此,电力企业物资管理工作的好坏,对降低消耗,提高经济效益将产生重大影响。那么,如何才能做好电力企业物资管理工作?其途径又是什么?在众多途径中,笔者就物资归口管理方面结合电力物资管理的当前实际谈点自己的看法。
In the electricity production process, many consumption, the material consumption accounted for a considerable proportion, generally about 60% -70%, and with the improvement of labor productivity, the proportion will be further increased.
