根据漂浮式微型波力发电装置对超越离合器的要求,分析楔块式超越离合器超越状态的摩擦损失率,建立超越离合器参数的数学模型。以体积和摩擦损失率最小作为优化目标,以强度和各部分尺寸为约束条件,建立优化模型,并利用MATLAB求解数学模型。将常规设计的参数和优化设计的参数进行分析,结果表明优化设计的体积只有常规设计的71.99%,摩擦损失率下降2.26%,可使漂浮式发电装置的传动系统结构更加紧凑,质量更轻,效率更高。
According to the requirement of overrunning clutch of floating miniature wave power generator, the frictional loss rate of overrunning state of the wedge overrunning clutch is analyzed, and the mathematical model of overrunning clutch parameter is established. Taking the minimum volume and frictional loss rate as the optimization objective, the optimization model is established by using the strength and the size of each part as constraints, and the mathematic model is solved by MATLAB. The results show that the volume of the optimized design is only 71.99% of the conventional design and the friction loss rate is decreased by 2.26%, which makes the driveline structure of floating power generation unit more compact and lighter in quality, higher efficiency.
