以蘇聯教學大綱為藍本,編寫我們的教學大綱以改革我們的中學自然科學各科教學,這是中等教育工作帶根本性質的重要改革之一。我們都知道,東北使用新課程綱要(即教學大綱)和新課本的結果,不但提高了教師業務水平,改進了教學方法,湧現出不少模範教師,並且學生成績也大有進步,不及格的情形逐漸減少。現在新的「中學化學教學大綱(草案)」,在全國範圍內頒佈試行了,這是一件可喜的事情,中學化學教師同志們必須認真組織學習,深入研究,以求能充分掌握教學大綱,改進敎學內容和教學法——提高中學化學教學的質量。 為了同大家一道開始學習新的化學教學大綱(草案),現就學習中可能發生懷疑的幾個問題,提出我的體會和意見,請大家參考:
